Thanks for visiting!
Founded in 1938, the National Federation of Republican Women is a grassroots political organization and is the largest and most influential
womens' political organization in the country with thousands of active
members in local clubs across the nation.
The Foothills Republican Women Federated received its Charter in 1947
with a handful of members and as of January 2010 it has 110 members.
If you share our fiscally conservative view and believe in smaller
government please feel free to contact us regarding our meetings.
The Federation strengthens the Republican Party by recruiting, training
and electing candidates; by advocating the Party's philosophy and
initiatives, empowering women of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds in
the political process. We support the Republican Party's concept of
reducing the size of government, streamlining bureaucracy and making
sure that states keep their individual power. Since its inception, the
Republican Party has been at the forefront in the fight for individuals
rights in opposition to a large, intrusive government.

I am a Republican because:
* I believe the strength of our nation lies with the individual and that
each person's dignity, freedom, ability and responsibility must be
honored.
* I believe in equal rights, equal justice and equal opportunity for
all, regardless of race, creed, sex, age or disability
I believe that free enterprise and the encouragement of individual
initiative have brought this nation opportunity, economic growth and
prosperity
* I believe government must practice fiscal responsibility and allow
individuals to keep more of the money they earn
I believe the proper role of government is to provide for the people
only those critical functions that cannot be performed by individual
or private organization and that the best government is that which
governs least.
* I believe the most effective, responsible and responsive government is
government closest to the people.
I believe Americans must retain the principles that have made us
strong while developing new and innovative ideas to meet the
challenges of changing times.
* I believe Americans value and should preserve our national strength
and pride while working to extend peace, freedom and human rights
throughout the world.
* Finally, I believe the Republican Party is the best vehicle for
translating these ideals into positive and successful principles of
government.

A Message from :
The Republican National Committee December 2009
After a difficult year in our nation's capital and an especially challenging
year across the country, we come together amongst family and friends to
celebrate this very special time of year. It is a time of hope and joy, a time
to give thanks for the many blessings that surround us every day.
Let us keep in our thoughts and prayers the brave men and women in
uniform,- especially those far from home, separated from friends and
family by the call of duty. Who in this moment serve to defend our
hard-won freedoms. We honor their sacrifices and pray for their safe return.
Let us reflect on our hopes, our dreams, and the goodwill we can extend to
others as we prepare for another great year ahead.
